Understanding the thankyü Dashboard

Navigating Your Dashboard

When you open the thankyü App, you’ll land directly on your Dashboard. If you ever need to return to it, just tap the ‘Home’ button in the bottom-left corner of the app.

What’s on Your Dashboard?

·      Tips, Rewards & Donations Panel - This panel shows two key balances:

o   Pending – Tips, rewards, and donations you’ve received but haven’t been transferred to your linked account yet. These are currently being processed.

o   Earned – Once payouts are made (on tüesdays), your balance moves from Pending to Earned and becomes available for withdrawal.

Transaction History Panel

Here, you’ll see a breakdown of your most recent transactions.

• View detailed payment history at a glance.

• Tap ‘See All’ to expand and view older transactions.

• Need a record? Download your full transaction history—a PDF will be emailed to you.

Weekly Prize Draw Panel

This section lets you know if you’ve entered the weekly prize draw.

• If you're already entered, great! Keep an eye out for results.

• If you haven’t entered yet, just press ‘ENTER’ to participate for a chance to win.
