Welcome to thankyü Freedom! By subscribing to thankyü Freedom, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. About thankyü Freedom
thankyü Freedom is an upgrade to thankyü Now that allows users to receive tips, rewards and compliments directly from customers with no PAYG transaction fees.
thankyü Freedom subscribers receive 100% cashback on all thankyü Platform fees and provides high-volume users with fixed monthly costs whilst also benefitting from enhanced thankyü Club benefits.
2. Subscription & Fees
thankyü Freedom is charged either monthly on the first day of each month or can be purchased at discounted rate 12m in advance.
The subscription fee is charged automatically each month from your chosen payment method.
Prices may be subject to change, and we will notify you in advance of any adjustments.
3. Cashback & Rebates
As a thankyü Freedom member, you are eligible for cashback on all thankyü platform fees.
Cashback is credited to your thankyü balance per transaction and can be seen in your transaction reports.
Cashback rates may vary, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment for thankyü Freedom is collected on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the charge again.
If payment is not received, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to thankyü Now (PAYG).
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the app or contacting help@thankyu.com.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.
If you cancel and later rejoin, your subscription will restart at the current pricing.
6. Changes to thankyü Freedom
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of thankyü Freedom.
Any major changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
7. Use of Data & GDPR Compliance
How We Use Your Data
We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and other relevant laws. When you use thankyü, we collect and process personal data to:
Provide and improve our platform, including processing transactions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You can close your account at any time via the App or by contacting support.
10. Changes to Fees & Terms
thankyü reserves the right to update fees, features, or terms with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
thankyü provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for third-party payment processing issues or delays.
Users are responsible for managing their own earnings, including tax obligations.
